Processing Time

All orders are made fresh and typically processed within 1–3 business days (up to 72 hours), excluding weekends and holidays.

Each order is:

carefully packed
sealed for quality

before it ships.

Shipping & Delivery

Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or another trusted carrier.

Most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days after shipment
Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier conditions

Summer Shipping Notice

Warm weather may affect certain popcorn flavors.

During the summer months, flavored coatings, drizzles, chocolates, and specialty toppings may soften, melt, or shift during transit due to high temperatures. This is normal and does not affect the safety of the product.

If your popcorn arrives warm or the coating appears melted:

Place the unopened bag in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes.
Allow the coating to firm back up.
Enjoy as normal.

Please note that temporary melting, coating migration, or slight changes in appearance are a natural result of summer shipping conditions and are not considered product defects.
