At Butta Popcorn, every batch is handcrafted to order using premium ingredients and small-batch processes. Because our popcorn is fresh and perishable, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

Issues With Your Order?

We stand behind every order. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

You may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or store credit if your order:

  • arrives damaged

  • is incorrect

  • does not meet our quality standards

How to Request Support

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please:

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide a brief description of the issue

  4. Attach photos (if applicable)
