Yes. Every order is handcrafted in small batches in Minneapolis, Minnesota, to ensure freshness, flavor, and quality before it ships.
How long does your popcorn stay fresh?
Our popcorn stays fresh for approximately 30–60 days when kept sealed and stored in a cool, dry place.
What flavor should I try first?
If you're new to Butta Popcorn, we recommend starting with the Butta Popcorn Discovery Pack, where you can choose six small bags and discover your favorites. If you already know what you enjoy, build your own Blockbuster Box with three large bags.
Do your flavors change throughout the year?
Yes. Our Signature Collection is available year-round, while our Limited Engagement flavors rotate seasonally and with holiday releases.

How quickly do orders ship?
Most orders are handcrafted and shipped within 1–2 business days, with delivery typically taking 5–7 business days after shipment.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship throughout the United States with trackable shipping.
Can I send popcorn as a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our gift collections are packaged and ready to send directly to family, friends, coworkers, and clients.
Can I customize my gift?
Yes. Our Blockbuster Box lets you build your own collection by choosing three large bags, and our Discovery Pack lets you choose six small bags.
What happens during summer shipping?
Warm temperatures may soften chocolate, caramel, drizzles, or specialty coatings during transit. If this happens, simply place the unopened bag in the refrigerator for 30–60 minutes to allow the coating to firm back up before enjoying. Temporary melting does not affect product quality.

Qualified fundraisers can earn up to 50% of qualifying sales while we handle production, packaging, and direct shipping.
Does Butta Popcorn support charities?
Absolutely. Giving back is part of who we are. Through fundraising partnerships, community events, charitable campaigns, and Pop for Purpose, we work to strengthen the communities we serve.
How long does a fundraiser run?
Most campaigns run between 14–21 days for optimal results. Extending fundraisers longer can be discussed.
When do we receive our funds?
Payouts are issued approximately 10 days after the fundraiser closes.
