All payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways — we never store full payment information on our servers.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from our facility in Minneapolis, MN.
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Butta Popcorn is not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds
Because our popcorn is perishable and made fresh, we cannot accept returns once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact buttainfo@buttapopcorn.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We may issue a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion.
7. Promotions, Gift Cards & Fundraising
Promotions, discount codes, and fundraising offers are subject to individual terms and expiration dates.
Butta Popcorn reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law).
